My Bathroom - sound exciting?

Outside my bathroom we have a fence for privacy basically so I don't have to have curtains. On this fence I have stuff hanging - see picture one.

I was getting ready to take a shower and looking at this fence out the big window and saw something in the eye of the sun. Now I had no glasses on so I am squinting (remember shower so no clothing too) and trying to figure out what this thing is. I grab my camera and snap a couple of pictures and then I blow it up and scared myself silly.
